Reseller Club Benefits

The reseller web site hosts the services provided by the Reseller Club. Club members have access to sales, marketing, and technical information. Club members have round-the clock access to the latest information on CTX products and services on the Web. Offered as part of the CTX Reseller Club Program, this password-protected site allows special access to our Programs, Promotions, additional Technical and Marketing Support and the latest news for resellers.
- Demo Units
The CTX Reseller Demo Program allows QUALIFIED resellers to purchase ONE each of CTX monitors for each store location at a discounted price once a year. Unit must be kept operational and on display in your showroom or selling area for 60 days, after which time it may be sold. In order to qualify, please fill out the reseller questionnaire.
- Priority Customer Support
Priority Technical/Customer Support Hotline- CTX realizes that you need to get things done--FAST! For optimum service efficiency, we offer a toll-free Priority Technical/Customer Support Hotline for our program members.
- Email Newsletter
CTX Monthly Announcement is a monthly e-mail communication detailing new product announcements, price changes, awards and current promotions. The email newsletter provides links to articles of interest on the CTX reseller web site.
- Lead Referral
This referral program puts resellers in touch with prospective CTX customers. These leads are collected, qualified, and forwarded to our Club Members for fulfillment.
- Marketing Collateral Order Fulfillment
Program participants can get FREE marketing and promotional materials to support their sales efforts. CTX offers catalogs, spec line cards, and other promotional items.
